Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruiting:

·         Fulfill the tactical objectives of the business through hiring and retaining employees

·         Design and implement overall recruitment strategy

·         Source and attract candidates by using data bases, social media etc.

·         Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.

·         Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.

Operations:

·         Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries

·         Administer HR-related documentation

·         Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

·         Assist in the recruitment process

·         Handle complaints and grievances

·         Assist in payroll by providing the relevant data

·         Complete look on time and attendance management.

·         Handle office operations and administration.

KEYSKILLS

·         MBA in Human Resource or related field

·         Knowledge on recruitment process

·         Strong communication skills

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Basic knowledge on statutory benefits and employee policies

·         Exceptional interpersonal skills for better management

·         PC literacy, mainly MS Office

·         Basic payroll understanding.

• Good verbal communication skills
• Make cold and unsolicited calls for marketing the products and services

• Keep a track of number of Customers called
• Email and Chatting required

We are looking for the Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Should have Hands-on Experience on Cold Calling
• Exceptional ability to problem solve, strategize and influence.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Proven success in cold calling, prospecting for new business, following up on leads, securing new client accounts and developing solid business relationships is required.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Think out of the box, suggest and implement new solutions

• Creating testing procedures to evaluate the performance of the software
• Building software testing programs that automate testing processes
• Running the software testing procedures to evaluate the software
• Documenting all testing procedures
• Reporting bugs and making recommendations to improve the software product
• Collaborating with other Test Engineers, Software Programmers and other team members
• Retesting software after bugs are fixed to ensure the program works properly
• Attending meetings with the development team, clients and other groups
